Article 1.
Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following change:
to state Item 2 of Article 30 in the following edition:
"2. By provision in use of lands of agricultural purpose the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are living in the territory of this ailny aimag, having the parcels of land (arable lands) of less 0,10 of hectare on one family member and living in the mountain and remote areas and the agricultural cooperatives registered and operating in the territory of this ailny aimag have the privilege.".
Article 2.
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About management of lands of agricultural purpose" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 11, the Art. 678) the following change:
to add part 2 of article 17 after words of "the Kyrgyz Republic" with the words "and the agricultural cooperatives registered and operating in the territory of this ailny aimag".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
