Article 1. Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 1992 No. 736-XII "About pledge" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 1, 1998 No. 614-I) (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 5-6, of Art. 96; 2002, No. 1, Art. 20; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4, Art. 156; 2009, No. 9, Art. 337; 2015, 8, the Art. 312) to add No. with part seven of the following content:

"The public biddings on realization of pledged property in case of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies are carried out in the form of electronic online auction according to the procedure and on conditions, stipulated by the legislation".

Part the second Article 35 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The circumstances excluding crime are recognized: insignificance of act; justifiable defense; emergency; damnification during detention of person who made socially dangerous act; execution of the order or other obligation; justified professional or economic risk; making of act as a result of physical or mental compulsion or threat";

Part the fifth Article 38 to exclude 2);

To add 3) with article 411 of the following content:

"Article 411. Physical or mental compulsion or threat

Damnification to the rights and interests protected by this Code, put as a result of physical or mental compulsion or threat of application of such coercion is not crime if owing to such coercion or threat person could not direct the actions (failure to act).

Article 123. Evasion from content of parents

Evasion from content, that is failure to pay by full age persons over two months in total the funds for the content of the disabled and needing financial support parents or persons replacing them made after application of administrative punishment for the same act which are subject to collection by a court decision -

it is punished by corrective works up to three years or imprisonment up to one year.
