About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 38, the Art. 1141, No. 65, the Art. 2157), changes which are applied.

1. To add the subitem 10 of item 4 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Performs functions of technical regulation in the field of health protection, creations, productions, quality control and realization of medicines and medical products (including medical products; medical products for diagnostics of in vitro; active medical products which implant; medicines; cosmetic products; tobacco products) according to the law;".
2. In Item 5:
in subitem 2 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude;
to add the subitem 7 after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The solution of questions of civil protection, ensuring accomplishment with the functional subsystems of tasks of civil protection created by the Ministry of Health;".
