Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 No. 440 "About approval of the Procedure for collection of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 853; 2013, No. 69, the Art. 2538) and of June 1, 2011 No. 591 "About approval of the list of the paid administrative services provided by the State inspection of nuclear regulation and the amount of payment for their provision and recognition voided the amount of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 43, Art. 1742; 2017, No. 57, the Art. 1688) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2 of the Procedure for collection of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 No. 440:
Subitem 3 paragraph two after words" (without change of the place of implementation of activities)" to add 1) with words ", except change of the name in connection with change like joint-stock company or transformation of joint-stock company to other economic society";
