1. Approve the list of paid administrative services which are provided by the State inspection of nuclear regulation, and the amount of payment for their provision according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the amount of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, the Art. 853);
the subitem 2 Items of 2 changes which are made to the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 243).
