About entering of amendments into the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 12 to add 3) with Items f) and g) the following content:

"f) provide transparency of decision making process according to the procedure, established by the Law on transparency of decision making process 239/2008;

g) publish on the official web page in five-day time from the date of the conclusion of the contract for provision of medical care (medical services) information on agreement number and date of the conclusion of this contract with the supplier of medical services, range and type of the medical services established by the agreement, and also amount and procedure for transfer of financial resources for the medical services provided by the agreement.".

2. In Article 13:

consider single part part (1);

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) the Supplier of medical services shall publish on the official web page in five-day time from the date of the conclusion of the contract for provision of medical care (medical services) information on agreement number and date of the conclusion of this contract with the insurer, range and type of the medical services established by the agreement, and also amount and procedure for transfer of financial resources for the medical services provided by the agreement.".
