Add Item 1.1 of "Rules of accreditation of the educational institutions" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 28, 2010 No. 167 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 9, Article 833; 2012, No. 6, Article 624, No. 10, Article 1005; 2016, No. 10, Article 1713) second paragraph of the following content:
