1. Item 52 of Instructions for use centralized systems of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) in the settlements approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 788 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.10. 2016, 5/42720) to state in the following edition:
"52. In case of unauthorized connection:
to water supply systems – the amount of the spent water is determined by handling capacity of water input (connection) at speed of movement of water in it 2 m/s and action by its complete section within 24 hours a day;
to systems of water disposal (sewerage):
for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs – the amount of sewage is determined by handling capacity of connection to system of water disposal (sewerage) proceeding from coefficient of filling of the connection equal 1, of the speed of movement of 1,2 sewage of m/s and action of connection within 24 hours a day;
for physical persons – the amount of sewage is determined by the actual consumption of service of water supply based on these metering devices or regulations (standard rates) of consumption established by local executive and administrative organs, and in case of use of water from tubular wells – by handling capacity of connection to system of water disposal (sewerage) proceeding from coefficient of filling of the connection equal to 0,3, of speed of movement of sewage, equal 0,7 of m/s, and action of connection within 24 hours a day.
The time period for which calculation of amounts of water and sewage for the parameters specified in part one of this Item is made constitutes thirty days.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
