Make changes to Item 14 of the Regulations on the Coordination center for ensuring implementation of the new market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2017 No. 559 "About creation of the Coordination center for ensuring implementation of the new market of electrical energy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 66, of the Art. 1955), having stated it in the following edition:
"14. Material and financial provision of activities of the Coordination center, and also the permanent working group of the Coordination center (Project office) performs the company that provides wholesale supply of electrical energy, in the expense limits provided to its estimate and also due to other receipt of funds (3% per annum, inflation charges and penalties) and/or means which are used according to the Procedure, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 28, 2016 No. 1064 "Questions of agreement performance of financing of the "Continuation of Support of Implementation of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine" program (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 19, the Art. 529).".
