About modification of article 27.5 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in part 4 of article 27.5 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2017, to No. 17, the Art. 2460) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. The term of administrative detention of person is estimated from the moment of its delivery according to Article 27.2 of this Code. The term of administrative detention of person which is in state of intoxication is estimated from the moment of its sobering. At the same time aggregate term of time of sobering of person which is in state of intoxication from the moment of its delivery according to Article 27.2 of this Code and administrative detention of such person based on part 2 or 3 of this Article cannot exceed 48 hours.".
