About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 14, 2017 No. PP-2833 "About measures for further enhancement of system of prevention of offenses and fight against crime")

For the purpose of the radical reducing the list of information and documents requested from citizens when rendering the state services, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Establish procedure in case of which in the course of rendering the state services to citizens:

notarized copies are required only from those documents which are necessary for action abroad, are approved or issued by bodies of foreign states, from the documents which are subject to putting down of apostille and legalization in accordance with the established procedure and also in the cases which are directly provided by the law;

copies which are certified by the body rendering the state service are made of the documents submitted by physical persons and legal entities, and originals return.

2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
