About modification and amendments in some constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. "Article 33. Advisory advisory bodies, organizations and the organizations in case of the President of the Republic
1. For the purpose of implementation of the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic and ensuring its activities advisory advisory bodies, and also Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Judicial Council, other organizations and the organizations in case of the President of the Republic are formed.
2. President of the Republic:
1) is determined by structure of advisory advisory bodies, and also Assemblies of the people of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Judicial Council, forms other organizations and the organizations in case of the President of the Republic;
2) appoints the leading officials of advisory advisory bodies, Assemblies of the people of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Judicial Council, other organizations and the organizations in case of the President of the Republic;
3) approves regulations on advisory advisory bodies, on Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, other organizations and the organizations in case of the President of the Republic;
4) hears reports of the leading officials of advisory advisory bodies on work of these bodies, and also reports of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council.
