According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 390 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks by officials of the State inspection of Ukraine concerning work and its territorial authorities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 30, 2012 for No. 1291/21603.

2. To department of the salary and working conditions (Tovstenko A. P.) submit this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This Order Becomes effective From the date of its Official Publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy Minister Krentovskaya A. P.
