Part one to state 1) in the following edition:
"Pension payment, provided by this Law, is performed at the place of residence or the place of stay of pensioners within the territory of the Russian Federation by pension bodies of the federal executive bodies and federal state bodies specified in article 11 of this Law through Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company by transfer of the corresponding amounts of deposits or transfer of the corresponding amounts through the organizations of federal mail service.";
