About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About protection of public health"
I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About protection of public health", adopted on May 23, 2015 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2015, No. 2, Art. 57; 2017, No. 3, Art. 95), following changes and amendments:
1. The fourth Article 2 to exclude part.
2. In Article 9:
to state the subitem of "c" of item 4 in the following edition:
"c) Regulations on authorized body;";
in Item 5 of the word "bodies local" shall be replaced with words "local authorities".
3. In Article 10:
in Item 8 of the word "cancels licenses or" to exclude;
to declare the subitem of "i" of Item 11 invalid.
4. In the name and paragraph one of Article 12 and part two of Article 63 of the word "bodies local" and "Bodies of the local executive authority" to replace respectively with words of "local authorities" and "Local executive bodies".
5. In parts three, the fourth, fifth Article 15 and part three of Article 19 of the word "One of Parents (Person, It Replacing)", "one of parents (person, it replacing)", "To one of parents (to person, it replacing)" and "parents (persons, them replacing)" to replace respectively with the words "One of Parents (or the Replacing His Face)", "one of parents (or the replacing his face)", "To one of parents (or to the replacing his face)" and "parents (or persons replacing them)".
6. In part one of Article 18 of the text of the Law in state language of the word "ene-atanyn" and "kepillendiris tertibinde" to replace respectively with the words "ata-enanin" and "notarial tertipde".
7. In Article 22:
state part one in the following edition:
"1. Disabled people of I and II groups of disability, except for the disabled people who became disabled owing to making of illegal actions, minor children with disability, disabled people since the childhood
