1. Approve form of Calculation of payment of the single tax by small business entity - the legal entity and the Procedure for its creation which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of October 12, 1999 N553 "About Approval of Forms of Calculation of Payment of the Single Tax by Small Business Entity — the Legal Entity" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 1999 for N 708/4001.
3. To submit to the chief of Head department of the taxation of legal entities Sychevsky V. P. this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
