1. The presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 5, 2007 No. 294 "About the list of the objects which are not subject to transfer to concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 7, the Art. 80).
2. The presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 28, 2012 No. 348 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 5, 2007 No. 294 "About the list of the objects which are not subject to transfer to concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 60, the Art. 819).
3. The subitem 2) Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2014 No. 866 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2004 No. 1466 "About the list of the water management constructions having special strategic importance" and of March 5, 2007 No. 294 "About the list of the objects which are not subject to transfer to concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 46-47, of Art. 458.).
