Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2003, No. 46, Art. 4434; 2006, No. 1, Art. 4; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; No. 41, Art. 4845; 2011, No. 1, Art. 10; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1641; No. 30, Art. 4028; No. 52, Art. 6981; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4160) following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 14.27:
a) the paragraph one after the words "about its carrying out" to add with words ", or without the conclusion of the contract with the organizer of lottery for carrying out lottery, or after the expiration of fixed term of carrying out lottery, or distribution (realization, issue) of lottery tickets, lottery receipts or electronic lottery tickets or acceptance of lottery rates among participants of lottery without the conclusion of the agreement according to the legislation on lotteries";
b) state paragraph two in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to four thousand rubles with confiscation of tools of making of administrative offense, including the lottery equipment, lottery terminals; on officials - from fifteen thousand to twenty thousand rubles with confiscation of tools of making of administrative offense, including the lottery equipment, lottery terminals; on legal entities - from two hundred fifty thousand to three hundred fifty thousand rubles with confiscation of tools of making of administrative offense, including the lottery equipment, lottery terminals.";
2) in Article 32.4:
a) regarding 4 words "according to the judgment" to exclude;
b) add with part 5 of the following content:
