Article 7 to add 1) with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Giving of requests, documents, information necessary for receipt of the state services provided by federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds, and also receipt of results of provision of such services is performed in any division of the corresponding federal executive body, body of state non-budgetary fund or the multipurpose center providing such services in the presence of the agreement specified in article 15 of this Federal Law within the territory of the Russian Federation at the choice of the applicant irrespective of its residence or the place of stay (for physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs) or the locations (for legal entities). The list of the state services provided according to this part affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) regarding the 4th Article 29:
a) the paragraph one after words of "Item 2 of part 1" to add with the words "and parts 8";
b) add with Item 1.3 of the following content:
"1. 3) transition to provision of the state services according to part 8 of article 7 of this Federal Law is performed according to the scheduled plan approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;".
