To add 2) with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. The operator of mobile radiotelephone communication providing transfer of the short text message of the subscriber initiating departure of such message by transfer of such message shall transfer the subscriber number allocated to this subscriber based on the service provision agreement of communication in invariable type.";
To add 3) with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. The telecom operator from which communication network the telephone challenge is initiated shall transfer to communication network of other telecom operator participating in establishment of telephone connection in invariable type the subscriber number allocated based on the service provision agreement of communication to the subscriber initiating telephone challenge.
The telecom operator participating in establishment of telephone connection shall give to communication network of other telecom operator in invariable type the got subscriber number.
