Based on Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In part two of Item 9 of Rules of procurement of wood juice, collection, procurement (purchase) of the wild-growing plants and (or) their parts approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2016 No. 37 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.12. 2016, 8/31519), the words "based on the purchase and sale agreement or other transaction about their alienation" shall be replaced with words "according to requirements of the civil legislation".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
