No. 3-5, 15), I ORDER:
1. Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the Order No. 30-O of January 28, 2014 on approval of forms of recovery by enforcement of the customs obligation and standard agreement of change of repayment period of the customs obligation by delay or payment by installments of payments (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, to state No. 27-34/124) in edition, according to the sample established in appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this order
2. Control over accomplishment of this order is imputed obligation of chiefs of customs and justices the line of control of collection of the customs obligation and legal assistance of Customs Service.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
