1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 334 "About approval of Safety rules on rail transport" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11602, published on July 31, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change and amendment:
in the Safety rules on rail transport approved by the specified order:
state Item 59 in the following edition:
"59. Participants of transportation process and auxiliary services of rail transport shall inform on violations of traffic safety on main, station and sidings in authorized body and its territorial subdivisions.
By participants of transportation process and auxiliary services of rail transport information on violations of traffic safety is provided no later than one hour from the moment of incident by means of telephone or fax connection. The detailed information about violations of traffic safety is provided no later than days from the moment of incident in writing according to appendix 6 to these rules.";
add with appendix 6 according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
