1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.02.2019 No. 93
2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.01. 2017, 5/43246) the following changes and amendments:
in Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by this resolution of the word of "control and auditing department" shall be replaced with words "sectors of control and auditing work";
in the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture, approved by this resolution:
to add Item 10 after the word "State" with the word "academic";
to add Item 12 after the word "state" with the word "academic".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
