Based on Article 5, parts (1) Articles 11, Item c) parts (1) Articles 27, Item and) article 44 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 297-300, Article 544), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Articles 17, 25, 28, 29 and 40 Laws on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 78-81, Article 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova
1. Approve Regulations about bases of management of activities of bank according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of National Bank of Moldova according to appendix No. 2.
3. On the date of entry into force of this resolution banks will have the bases of management of activities corresponding to provisions of the Regulations specified in Item 1.
4. This resolution becomes effective on July 1, 2017.
