About modification of the Procedure for calculation of pensions to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for calculation of pensions to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 1210 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 "About increase in level of social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 92, Art. 3343; 2014, No. 34, the Art. 911), changes which are applied.
2. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine carrying out recalculations of the pensions granted to persons who took part in mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, other nuclear accidents and testing, military exercises using nuclear weapon during passing of the active conscription service and thereof became persons with disability, on materials of pension cases.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since October 1, 2017.
