About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1. State Item 10.5 in the following edition:

"10.5. The turn needs to be carried out so that in case of departure from crossing of carriageways the vehicle did not appear on strip of approaching traffic, and in case of turn to the right it is necessary to move closer to the right edge of the carriageway. Departure from the intersection where roundabout is organized can be performed from any strip if the direction of movement is not determined by route signs or marking and it will not create hindrances to the vehicles moving in the passing direction on the right.".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 16.1 of the word "priority signs" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding route signs".

3. In Item 16.12:

Paragraph one after the word "on the right" to add 1) with words ", except intersections where roundabout is organized";

The paragraph third after the word to "road" to add 2) with words ", except intersections where roundabout is organized";

3) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"The benefit in movement at non-regulated intersections where roundabout is organized and which are designated by route sign 4.10, is provided to vehicles which already move around.".
