Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve, No. 975 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6, Art. 161; 2017, No. 43, the Art. 1341), changes which are applied.

1. The paragraph one of Item 5 to replace with paragraphs of the following content:
"5. The lump-sum allowance is granted and paid equal by installments to family members, parents and dependents of the died (died) serviceman, the person liable for call-up and the reservist:
in case of death (death) of the serviceman, the person liable for call-up or the reservist in the cases provided by the subitem 1 of item 4 of this Procedure - in the amount of 750-fold subsistence minimum established by the law for able-bodied persons for January 1 of calendar year;
