Approve the enclosed changes which are made to method of calculation of rates of export customs duties on the crude oil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276 "About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 13, Art. 1577; 2014, No. 50, Art. 7066; 2015, No. 1, Art. 227; No. 49, Art. 6982; 2016, No. 14, Art. 2005; 2017, No. 30, Art. 4682).
2. Paragraph one of Item 2, the paragraph one of Item 3 and item 4 of the method of calculation of rates of export customs duties on crude oil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276 "About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation", in edition of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2016.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 19, 2017 No. 850 "About modification of method of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on the crude oil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 30, the Art. 4682).
