About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About horse breeding"
Being guided by Items 10 and 11 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Constitutional Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About regulatory legal acts", Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:
Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About horse breeding" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 5, Article 399; 2008, No. 6, Article 462; 2009, No. 12, Article 954):
1. exclude from Article 11.2 of the word "within the competence".
2. in Article 11.3 to "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word to "the regulatory legal acts specified in article 11.4 of this Law".
3. add Article 11.4 with the second offer of the following content:
