For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 3, 2017 with No. 1225 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of December 16, 2017 No. 469-VQD", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Make the following changes to "The rule of transportation of goods by road transport", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 17, 2009 No. 142 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 746; 2014, No. 8, Article 1013):
1. Add with part of 10-1 following content:
"10-1. Organization of internal cargo transportation road transport
10-1.1. The drivers who are carrying out internal cargo transportation road transport public shall have training according to the special program for the professional activity and behavior, including features of operating mode and rest approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and also to have necessary knowledge of the regulatory legal acts regulating cargo transportation road transport.".
2. in Item 35.4 of the word "and also shall have special training according to the program approved by the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic for receipt of necessary skills about features of such transportations" shall be replaced with words "shall have training according to the special program for the professional activity and behavior, including features of operating mode and rest approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and also to have necessary knowledge of the regulatory legal acts regulating cargo transportation road transport.".
