Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges, No. 117 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2003 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 5, Art. 177; 2004, No. 28, Art. 1888; 2006, No. 8, Art. 439; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2014, No. 74, Art. 2097; 2017, No. 15, Art. 429):

Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of loss in accordance with the established procedure of the right to privileges by persons specified in this Item, the relevant information is entered in the register, on representation of the body authorized on establishment and deprivations of the corresponding status for the form determined in appendix.";

In paragraph four of item 4 of the word of "executive bodies" shall be replaced with words 2) "state bodies";

3) to add the Provision with appendix of the following content:
