I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Act of carrying out survey (re-examination) hand luggage and baggage in case of absence of the citizen or person authorized by it and form of additional leaf (are applied) to it.

2. To provide to heads of customs authorities steady observance of requirements of this order.

3. To provide to the press service (Gunko S. O.) illumination of this order in mass media.

4. To provide to administration (Karpenko V. P.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of this order replication and its mailing in customs.

5. Determine that this order is applied from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy Chairmen of Service of Pashko P. V.
