About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for effective implementation of the tasks assigned to bodies of prosecutor's office, further increase in their responsibility for unconditional law enforcement and law and order in the country:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Finance in two weeks to bring according to requirements of this Decree of change in the staff list and expense budget of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. B. Murodov and the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. B. Abdullaev.
