Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 90, the Art. 2581, No. 97, Art. 2782; 2015, No. 38, Art. 1143, No. 94, Art. 3206, No. 101, Art. 3479; 2016, No. 92, Art. 2997, No. 97, Art. 3151; 2017, No. 2, Art. 41, No. 14, Art. 397, No. 47, Art. 1465) following changes:
to add the subitem 5 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The equipment, the software, works and services for creation of National telecommunication network and ensuring cyberprotection at the rate to 70 percent of their cost;";
the paragraph one of Item 2 after words "enhancement of the state primary standards" to add with words ", the equipment, the software, works and services for creation of National telecommunication network and ensuring cyberprotection".
