Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 92, the Art. 2654, No. 97, Art. 2782; 2015, No. 38, Art. 1143, No. 94, Art. 3206, No. 101, Art. 3479; 2016, No. 73, Art. 2466, No. 92, Art. 2997, No. 97, Art. 3151, Art. 3166; 2017, No. 2, the Art. 41, No. 14, the Art. 397, No. 47, the Art. 1465, No. 53, the Art. 1614, No. 73, the Art. 2247, No. 76, the Art. 2332) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 20, 2017 No. 707, the following changes:
to add the subitem 5 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The goods, works and services which are purchased till March 31, 2019 based on agreements (agreements) on purchase with the NATO Agency on support and supply (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) which conducts procurement for ensuring needs of the Ministry of Defence at the rate to 100 percent of their cost;";
the paragraph one of Item 2 after words "enhancement of the state primary standards" to add with words ", the goods, works and services which are purchased till March 31, 2019 based on agreements (agreements) on purchase with the NATO Agency on support and supply (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) which conducts procurement for ensuring needs of the Ministry of Defence".
