About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 12, 2016 No. 66

1. No. 66 "About the list of sensitive agricultural goods concerning which state members of the Eurasian Economic Union perform mutual provision of plans (programs) of development of production, and realization of Item 2 of article 95 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014" to add Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 12, 2016 with the paragraph of the following content:
"by preparation of offers on modification of the list to consider that sensitive agricultural goods are understood as agricultural goods, production and mutual trade in which have social and economic value for sustainable development of agro-industrial complex and the rural zone of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
