In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmentally friendly agricultural industry" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 8, Article 700; 2013, No. 3, Article 206, No. 11, Article 1293; 2014, No. 11, Article 1367; 2016, No. 7, Article 1238) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1.1.4 of the word to "requirements of environmentally friendly agricultural industry" shall be replaced with words "to the requirements established by the corresponding standard, the technical regulation and other regulatory legal act" words "certification authority" shall be replaced with words "structure on assessment of conformity".
2. In Article 5.0.8 of the word "bodies … and certifications" shall be replaced with words "bodies … and structures on assessment of conformity", the words "accreditation documents" shall be replaced with words "the certificate of accreditation".
3. In Article 5.0.9 to exclude the words "and certifications" and after the word "accounting" to add with the words "and the register of accredited structures on assessment of conformity".
