1. Bring in the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of January 27, 2004 No. 27 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the reporting by finance companies, confidential societies, and also legal entities - subjects of managing who on the legal status are not financial institutions, but have Gosfinuslug determined by the laws and regulatory legal acts or Natskomfinuslug opportunity to provide services in financial leasing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 6, 2004 at change No. 431/9030,, having added heading and Item 1 of the order after words with "finance companies" words "financial institutions - legal entities of the public law,".
