About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1187 of December 22, 2010

In the Order of the Government No. 1187 of December 22, 2010. "About implementation of the Single window for documentation of foreigners" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 259-263, 1318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case, and the words "Ministry of Information Technologies and Bonds" in any case – the words "Agency of Public Services" in the corresponding case;

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text of the word "Department of Documentation" in any case shall be replaced with words "The agency of public services" in the corresponding case;

b) add Item 1 with the text at the end "in municipiums of Chisinau, Belts, Comrat and Kakhul";

c) Item 2:

"applicant" to state determination in the following edition:

"the applicant – physical person or legal entity which addresses in the Single window for documentation of foreigners for receipt of service in documentation of foreigners";

add with concept of "service in documentation" of the following content:

"services in documentation – activities for informing, acceptance, consideration and provision of the right, with issue of the decision and/or document confirming this right";

d) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Activities of the Single window will be organized according to the working schedule which affirms the order of the director of Bureau of migration and refugees and is placed in the hall of the Single window, and also on the official web page of competent authority for foreigners";

e) to add the name of Chapter II with the words "and the rendered services" at the end;
