I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 257 "About approval of standards of the state services "Issue of the Reference by Determination of the Address of Real Estate Objects in the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Issue of Architectural and Planning Task" and "Issue of the Decision on Reconstruction (Re-planning, Re-equipment) of Rooms (Separate Parts) of the Existing Buildings Which Are Not Connected with Change of the Bearing and Protecting Designs, Engineering Systems and the Equipment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11018, published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 5, 2015) the following changes:

to state the standard of the state service "Issue of the Reference by Determination of the Address of Real Estate Objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 1 to this order;

to state the standard of the state service "Issue of Architectural and Planning Task" approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 2 to this order;

to state the standard of the state service "Issue of the Decision on Reconstruction (Re-planning, Re-equipment) of Rooms (Separate Parts) of the Existing Buildings Which Are Not Connected with Change of the Bearing and Protecting Designs, Engineering Systems and the Equipment" approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and cities of regional value (further - the service provider).
