For the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Affordable housing of 2015-2020", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for selection of participants of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Affordable housing of 2015-2020" of March 14, 2016 No. 123 the following changes:
- in Item 2 of the word "March 1, 2018" shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2020";
in Provisional regulations for the procedure for selection of participants of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Affordable housing of 2015-2020" approved by the above-stated resolution:
1) in Item 1:
- the paragraph one after the word of "credits" to add with words "the credits for expansion and capital repairs of the available housing, condition of provision of housing in lease with the subsequent redemption,";
2) in Item 2:
- paragraph two after the word "Republics" to add with the words "corresponding to selection criteria and";
- the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
