1.1. General provisions

These Provisional regulations for procedure for selection of participants of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Affordable housing of 2015-2020" (further - Provisional regulations) establish selection criteria, procedure for forming of lists and selection of participants, determine conditions of issue of mortgage loans, the credits for expansion and capital repairs of the available housing, conditions of provision of housing in lease with the subsequent redemption, and also requirements to acquired housing within program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Affordable housing of 2015-2020" approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 5, 2015 No. 560 (further - the Program).

2. In these Provisional regulations the following basic concepts are applied:
