In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2017 No. PP-2868 "About measures for the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for investments" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-4996 "About Formation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Investments" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 4, 2017:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments A. I. Akhmedkhodzhayev.
