1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2016 No. 412 "About approval of Rules of purchase of goods and services of the organizations performing functions on protection of the rights of the child" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14223, published in information system of law of Ad_let on September 29, 2016) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of purchase of goods and services of the organizations performing functions on protection of the rights of the child approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of purchase of goods and services of the organizations performing functions on protection of the rights of the child (further - Rules) establish procedure for purchase of goods and services by the organizations performing functions on protection of the rights of the child according to Item 1 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2002 "About the child's rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan".";
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Acquisition of rights by the organizations performing functions on protection of the rights of the child, the goods and services relating to spheres of natural monopolies is performed by method from one source by the direct conclusion of the agreement.
Acquisition of homogeneous goods, services if the annual amount of such homogeneous goods, services in value term does not exceed the hundredfold size of the monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget is performed according to the procedure, specified in Items 51-54 of these rules.";
