About introduction of amendments to the Law on additional social protection of some receivers of pensions and some categories of the population No. 1591/2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In all text of the Law on additional social protection of some receivers of pensions and some categories of the population No. 1591/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 1-2, 6), with subsequent changes and amendments, shall be replaced with words the words "in the state system of social insurance" "in the public pension system", and the words "up to 57 years" and "up to 62 years" – words "years to the standard retirement age provided in part (1) article 41 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998,".
