For the purpose of ordering of official publication of normative legal acts, «About an order of official publication of normative legal acts and their introductions in force» N 503/97 from 6/10/1997 is established by the Decree of the President that laws of Ukraine, other acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ukraine as in pyatnadtsatidnevny term after their acceptance in accordance with the established procedure and signings are subject not later to publication in official printing publications.

Official printing publications are:

• Bulletin «Official messenger of Ukraine»;
• Newspaper «Governmental courier»;
• Newspaper "Voice of Ukraine";
• Newspaper "Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine";
• The bulletin «Presidential Messenger» (c 2004 is not published).

Official printing publications in which official publication of laws and other acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is carried out, "Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" are also the newspaper "Voice of Ukraine".

The official printing publication in which official publication of laws is carried out, acts of the President of Ukraine, the newsletter "Official messenger of the President of Ukraine" is also.

Acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ukraine can be in some cases officially published through television and radio.

If the law of Ukraine, other act of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is published in any of the newspapers specified above, or in "The official messenger of the President of Ukraine", before his publication in "The official messenger of Ukraine", "Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", it comes into force after publication in that from the specified newspapers, or in "The official messenger of the President of Ukraine" where it is published earlier.

If other normative legal act is published in "The official bulletin of the President of Ukraine" or in the newspaper "Governmental courier" before his publication in "The official messenger of Ukraine", it comes into force after publication in that from the specified official printing publications where it is published earlier.

Acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ukraine which have no general meaning of standard character, can not be published according to the decision of appropriate body.

According to the Decree of the President of N1207/96 «About publication of acts of the legislation of Ukraine in the newsletter "Official messenger of Ukraine"» from 12/13/1996, the newsletter "Official messenger of Ukraine", is the weekly official publication which is published in a state language.

In it are published:

• laws of Ukraine;
• decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine, the resolution and the order of the Cabinet of Ukraine which have standard character;
• acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine;
• normative legal acts of National bank of Ukraine;
• the international contracts of Ukraine which have come into force;
• regulations of the ministries, other central executive authorities, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

This bulletin is established and published by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Texts of laws and other normative legal acts are represented in the Ministry of Justice both in a state language, and in a translation into Russian.

Newsletter distribution "The official messenger of Ukraine" is carried out by an open subscription and retail trade.

The newspaper «Governmental courier» is the daily official publication which are published in a state language since 1990 in circulation from 500 thousand copies.
The governmental courier - is the official newspaper of the Cabinet of Ukraine. Publishes full texts of resolutions of the supreme body of executive power of Ukraine and comments to them, reportings and sketches from the Ukrainian province.

The newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "Voice of Ukraine" (www.golos.com.ua) is based in 1990, there are five times a week in Ukrainian and Russian in circulation of 170 thousand copies. The newspaper takes up the questions connected with policy, economy, culture, social problems, news, the list of laws of Ukraine announced throughout a month.

"The official messenger of the president of Ukraine " has the certificate on the state registration of a KV series 12433-1317P from March 30, 2007.

The newsletter "Official messenger of the president of Ukraine" leaves according to the Decree of the President from February 12, 2007 of No. 101, is based Public administration by affairs and is the official publication which publishes laws of Ukraine, existing international treaties, popisanny on behalf of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the head of state.
