In article 2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the reduced working hours for separate categories of government employees" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 575; 2008, No. 7, Article 602) words "to the fathers alone raising children aged up to one and a half years for the reasons established by the legislation" shall be replaced with words to "the parents who alone are bringing up the child aged up to 3 years".
