1. The regulations on the state supervision of geological studying, rational use and protection of subsoil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2005 No. 293 "About approval of the Regulations on the state supervision of geological studying, rational use and protection of subsoil" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 20, Art. 1885; 2010, No. 6, Art. 651; 2013, No. 24, of the Art. 2999) to add with item 4 (1) the following content:
"4(1). The Federal Nature Management Supervision Service exercises the state geological supervision using risk - the oriented approach according to the procedure, the established Regulations on federal state ecological supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 8, 2014 No. 426 "About federal state ecological supervision".".
