Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1235 "About procedure for provision of premises in property to separate categories of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 3, the Art. 434) the words "or Federal Migration Service" to exclude.

In the actions plan on creation of the state system of prevention of not medical consumption of drugs and enhancement of system of narcological medical care and rehabilitation of patients with drug addiction (for 2012 - 2020) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2012 No. 202-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 8, of the Art. 1084), in the line items concerning actions with completion date 2012 - 2020 of the word of FSKN of Russia shall be replaced with words "the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia".

3. In line item 33 actions plans on strategy implementation of social and economic development of the Southern Federal District for the period till 2020 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2012 No. 507-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 18, Art. 2244; 2015, No. 7, of the Art. 1096), words of FMS of Russia shall be replaced with words "the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia".
